Hello everyone,
This is my first blog post, so some background information about myself is in order. My name is Ben and am currently a Physics - Engineering student at IUP. I'm an Intelligence Analyst in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant. I was deployed to Tallil, Iraq for almost all of 2009. I have an eclectic taste in music, but mainly listen to a mixture of Bluegrass, Folk, and various forms of Improv as of late. I've played the violin for over fifteen years and can play some chords on the guitar (enough to get me through some simple stuff). I've also sang and played in a few different bands since high school. I love sports, but prefer engaging in the sport rather than spectating. I like to think of myself as being well-rounded or multifaceted. This blog is for my English Research Writting class and may prove to be an interesting experiment of whether or not modern technology has a useful impact on my writing skills.
